Classical Poetry

These poems, well I wouldn't say are that good. I wrote these before I really knew anything about writing poems. They were just meant as ways to express myself. I know there are a lot of errors in these, and that they aren't that good, but I felt like sharing these anyway. In case anyone actually cared to see the beginning. I had fun looking back through them, oh and WARNING, most of these poems are really whiny and melodramatic. So be careful. ;)

1) No Longer - It's the 2nd poem I ever wrote. I never actually saved the first, so this one gets the top spot.

2) They - Doctors had been doing a crappy job with treating certain problems, so this poem is my little vent.

3) Little Girl - Semi about a friend, though I think I might have stretched some things in this one.

4) I Would Cry - About a friend who I cared, well still care a lot about.

5) Secret We Shall Be - About being in love with someone, but being too scared to talk to her.

6) Believe Me - About the friend I care a lot about again.

7) Special Little Girl - Also about the friend. I wrote this after receiving her good bye suicidal note. Luckily, I was able to stop it by calling the police. That hurt a lot to do.

8) I Finally Know - A big vent, and much drama. I must have been in a bad place when I wrote this. I know it's not completely true. :)

9) The Monster - This is a fictional poem, though I knew someone whose step-dad was as bad as the father in this poem.

10) Dreaming Of - Being all hot for some girl, but why I won't tell her (I was such a chicken).

11) Before it's too Late - Telling someone how bad the man she is with is. Don't think this is actually based on a real situation.

12) I Lay Here - It's 1st person view of someone who was just raped. I learned that after it had long been written, and you don't change classics!

13) Please Don't Cry - Poem telling a friend, same one I've been mentioning, that I'm there for her, and to try and work on feeling better and ignoring those who tease.

14) Missed Chance - Silly love poem saying how I missed my chance with someone.

15) Unknowing Love - About being in love with someone who actually turns out to be the B word.

16) Stronger - Telling a friend to be stronger. Same one again (She's the subject of a lot, lol).

17) It's Time - Deciding it's finally time to tell someone that I love her. Didn't go well, wasn't love anyway.. too immature then.

18) That Someone - This poem is about someone who is racist, and what I think about them.

19) Just a Friend - Asked out someone, she said no. So I wrote this to tell her I was perfectly happy just being friends. Hmm.. this one was one of the last cheerful poems I wrote. She was rather mean about it.

20) Alone - Of course, since I got turned down, needed some drama too. Here's the drama poem! Geez, funny.

21) He - Just telling someone that the guy they are with is bad, while I'm good. LOL.. big ego.

22) True Friend - A bit like He, but it's just being a friend. Not exactly sure who this is about, I think it was just my mind wandering a bit, lol.

23) Releasing the Pain - A poem about cutting. It's fun, but don't try it at home or anywhere. :)

24) Thank You - Wrote this for my counselor, heh, aftering reading some of these, didn't think I needed it? lol I read it to her, though she wasn't fully paying attention, so didn't catch it was about her.. blah.

25) Innocence Lost - About a rapist and his bloody murder. Kind of silly with all the rhymes, but does have a nice moral. Written in 1st, as female.

26) Help Untrue - Caused by someone who I thought was a friend, a bit more drama than actual, but I think you've noticed that by now. :)

27) Happiness Cured - Being funny with the title, and it would have been nice if the person this was written about, didn't lie about wanting to be friends. Blah.

28) Untrue - Wrote this after I found out she lied about wanting to be friends. The false identity was her saying she was her cousin online, mocking me.. I knew it was her though.

29) Hidden - Just call me the drama queen. There are some truths to this poem though.

30) Why, No More - I just wanted her to tell me why, didn't think it was that hard? (not the one I was in love with) And if it seems like I'm the victim in most of these, well, that's how my life seems to be.

(Got more.. if I can find them.. )
