Here are the websites,
either about Celiac Disease, Gluten Free foods (recipes too), or both.
I'll mention in the description of the site, which the site covers,
and hopefully be right! I haven't put these in any order, so first
doesn't mean best.
Celiac.com
- A great website. I say this mainly because their message boards
are really helpful if you have questions, and I haven't explored much
else on the site yet.
Gluten
Free / Casein Free Diet - Really helpful site if you need to stick
to a GFCF diet like me (shoot me!) or if you just need to aviod Gluten.
Has a lot of products with their company's contact information.
Canadian
Celiac Association - Obviously a Canadian group. Has information
on the disease, on a gluten free diet, and has alerts about food that
are found to be mislabeled. Also has news about research, and more
stuff.
Celiac
Disease Diet - Has a quick description of the disease, then goes
into good and bad foods, and has a sample menu for a day.
No
Longer Gluten Free - Eeep, this is scary. List of products that
are no longer GF, and seems owner does update.
Contaminated
Products - And I said the above one is scary. This is worse! GF
products, that could contain Gluton, because of Contamination. Can
someone hold me? I looked through the list.
GF
Foods/Products - Has a bunch of links on it, and it's where I
got the last two from. The site is also part of a Celiac Disease Webring,
so you can find more sites that way.
Breads
and Muffins - A list of recipes for Breads and Muffins, that are
GF!
GF
Thanksgiving Dinner - I haven't tried it, looks like a lot of
work. But, might interest someone.
