So.. blogger decided to stop working earlier, when I was posting an entry. Guess what? I was doing it quick, so didn't bother to save it.. incase something like that happened, so lost entry. Really annoying! It never does that, when I save it before hand.
Something I found odd, in an entry the other day, I mention the anime Witch Hunter Robin. Now in one of my trackers, I see someone found my page searching for "Witch Hunter Robin." The odd thing is, out of umm.. maybe 9,000 results, I was in the top 11-20 for the search, and I just mentioned Witch Hunter Robin once, and I rated that high? Maybe I should mention Witch Hunter Robin more, and I'd get to number one for searches for Witch Hunter Robin! But naw, that'd be silly. I'll be happy where I am, for Witch Hunter Robin searches. No need to keep saying Witch Hunter Robin to just get higher on searches for it. So.. I won't do that.
In Witch Hunter Robin related news, I was wrong! The characters weren't killed of. Can't blame me! They were shot up with machine guns, lying on the ground not moving and not making a sound, some bloody. Turns out only plastic bullets were used, and they are all fine a month later (when the next episode happens). Though Robin's partner's status is left in doubt, and Robin is staying away from them, and hiding out. Since well.. best not to get them all shot up again, I figure.
Something I'm pretty sure I'm not mistaken about though, is that the characters in Days of Our Lives are dead, who have been killed, and on that note, this leads me into my next update.
Days of Our Lives Yeah, it's a soap opera, and yeah, I've been watching it. Wanna fight about it?
It all started back in January when I was getting over being sick. My mom was in the room, and turned on the soap to watch it. Me still not feeling good, I really didn't have the will to leave the room, so I watched it. This episode, was the one where they were hyping up and building to the murder of Roman (If that's how you spelled his name), and so.. I got kinda interested. It's not usual when a character is gonna be killed off on a show (ensigns on the old Star Trek, don't count). So.. I got pulled in, watched like.. 2-3 episodes, though I did stop watching after that. But I got pulled back in, to the episode after Tony was attacked by the Tiger.. and since then, haven't missed an episode (I think).
I know, it's sick.. I'm watching a soap opera! But, just been pulled in by the whole Salem Stalker/serial killer story line. So far, since I started watching.. they've killed 4 characters, with another coming up soon, it would seem. In total, think 10 have been killed so far. Yikes! Just odd to me, so many characters being killed. Also, kinda nutty, how long the show has been on.. at least 40 years. When they do flash backs, they don't need to have characters try to look younger and dress different, they just go to their old episodes! Amazing, when they have a flashback, with old grey haired characters, all young looking, and their adult children as babies!
But anyway, so.. I now watch a soap opera.. and if you think that makes me strange, well.. heh.. wasn't I before? =)

Oh my god.. I just read about some of Bush's new attack ads. One says Kerry is gonna raise 900 billion in taxes?
What the fuck is this guy smoking?
I hope people don't buy this bullshit. In response, Kerry's people say that number is wrong (Bush's team getting a number wrong? Like that's never happened a few times!), but even if that number was right.. that's so fucking misleading. Kerry has been saying he is gonna raise taxes on the rich, the top percent, and lower taxes for the middle class. So yeah.. even if more tax money is gonna be brought in, Kerry will be helping those who need it most.
But that brings me to a point that is so annoying about Bush. He acts like a complete idiot! Maybe idiot is too strong, but he acts very simple minded, and this here is one example. He has been saying Kerry wants to raise taxes.. riiiight! He wants to raise it for the top percent, and lower it for most everyone else. But in poor Bush's simple mind, he can't see something anymore complex than yes/no, black/white.. so, doing what Kerry says, confuses him or something, since it is both a raising and lowering.
You think Bush can think more complexly? Ha! Just listen to his speeches, and how he has been attacking Kerry. Maybe his speech writers are the simple minded ones, but Bush is the one reading them, so it shows on him. Doubt he wouldn't say it, if he didn't believe the bullshit.
Anyway.. I'm out.

Blah, annoyed right now. Syracuse's College Basketball team played today in the Big East tournment. They were doing well, up by 10 in the 2nd half, and they ended up losing. Why? Because they freaking sucked out! Started taking stupid shots, etc. Though the Refs, were screwing them over too. Now, I won't blame the Refs for their lose, they played awful themselves, but the hell is with the Refs? They are calling all these baby little non-fouls against SU, and hell, if they wanted to keep up with that, they could have easily called one on the team they were playing, near the end of the game. Could have changed the outcome..
So that made for just a major waste of the afternoon. If a team I want to win, loses and sucks out, why the hell should I watch the game? Even worse when the team makes it look like they are gonna win, so it seems worth watching. Just annoys me, I could have spent that time watching the game, doing something more worthwhile or fun.
Oh well.

Recently, the Cartoon Network added a show to it's line up called Witch Hunter Robin. It airs at midnight with a repeat at 3 am (At least here), and is a Japanese Anime series (in english). I caught the first episode, and decided to give the show a try, and I can honestly say I've grown to enjoy it.
Just so I don't lose anyone, gonna try to give quick description of the show. Basically, there is a group that hunts witches, and they are called Hunters. One of their members was killed, so Robin is transferred in. She has the gift of craft, if I'm using the terms right. Meaning, she can set things on fire with her mind. Another hunter has a craft that lets her read objects.. like any impressions on them, left from whomever touched them. Now, might be wondering, what's the difference between a hunter who has the craft and witches? Well.. err.. not much? Though usually, the witches seem controlled by their powers.. or act more evil I guess? Least most do.
Anyway, the series continues on.. I'm going to skip a lot of plot, and start with last night's episode. Last night, there is an attempt on Robin's life. It happened at her apartment, so she spends the night at the Hunter's Headquarters. During this, the Hunter who is supposed to be Robin's partner, since his old partner was the Hunter that was killed, is being made to look like he might be behind it. We come to tonight's episode now. All the Hunters but one are at their headquarters, besides Robin's supposed partner. The group that attacked Robin, attacks the Headquarters, it appears that they killed everyone, when they move in on Robin, Robin's supposed partner busts in and rescues her. He admits that those attacking, were sent to kill her (they being other witch hunters), and that he worked for them. That he killed his old partner, because his old partner was going to betray them.. I believe. But they were sent to kill Robin, because she was getting too strong with her craft. He said he was told not to interfere, but obviously does. Then, skipping some more talk, he sends her through a passage out of Headquarters, closes the door to it, and stands to fight the attackers.. he looks like he is dead too now. He ends the episode saying, "This wasn't a hunt."
Sooo.. pretty much all the Characters I have gotten use to, are dead! The whole operation I thought that was part of the show, got wiped out. I was pretty much like.. errr? Didn't see that coming. Be interesting to see where it goes now.
Oh well.. that kinda shocked me some, never seen a show kill off so many in one episode (unlike Days of our Lives, which is doing it slowly, lol).. and change things so majorly. So, anyway.. I end here, not sure how to wrap this up.

I think I'll do some more updating.. for this entry.
New Years Eve Soo.. the night to go out, party, get drunk, and have lots of sex had come. Well, maybe not so much the sex, but everything else. Did I partake in these sometimes fun endeavors? Nope. I was still a bit sick, and going out wasn't that high on my do to list. Though, even if I wasn't sick, still most likely wouldn't have gone anywhere. Still have the other usual health problems to deal with, and I really don't find much enjoyment in going out clubbing single. I just don't really have the know how to get dancing partners.. asking doesn't seem to work, and just starting up with someone, seems to rude for me. Though, seems that method is the norm? Oh well.
So, I stayed home, watched the ball drop, and might have played some x-box. My brother got one for Christmas, and it's fun. Haven't done much video game playing in awhile. We do have a Nintendo 64, but maybe like 5 games for it. Got a ton of games for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, but think most people would agree, X-box is a with flight of stairs above that.
New Years Day Since my Grandmother didn't come to visit on Christmas, as earlier posted, she came on this day, to celebrate Christmas. Celebrate as in open presents and have dinner together. It was pretty uneventful, and not that exciting when I recall it, so I don't feel like going into details.
Hmm.. so, guess I'll end here now. Just wanted to try to get some updating, slowly, I'll get caught up.

Lately, my computers have been pissing me off.. I don't feel like going into details, but the latest attempt to annoy me, was our one computer decided to delete or move our saved games for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. But, something good actually came out of this.. when going online, looking up stuff about the game, I came across a multi player version of the game. Didn't know they had that!
So, after an hour or two of more annoyance from the computer, finally got it working. Soo.. that's pretty neat. Game is great already, adds a nice new dimension (Did I spell that right? Blogger spell check, said I did.. and damn, it actually worked for once!) to the game. Interesting playing with other people.
Anyway, no updating.. just a normal daily entry. Wasted too much time trying to get stupid other computer to behave. Been doing that lately, for both.

So, actually got some good news today. Seems like my renewal for Medicaid has been accepting. Was worried it was, and I would have been bitching in here about it, if this place had been working.
The only problem.. is they sent a form as well, telling me I can request a hearing, if I think they are wrong.
Ummm.. ? So, I have one sheet telling me, I have been accepted, and nothing will be changed in my policy, another sheet telling me that if they are wrong, I can have a hearing, and another, telling me my rights, incase I want a hearing.
I can understand why people say government wastes money and paper!
In other news.. I don't remember, so might as well do my first update.
Christmas Eve It happened awhile ago yes, but can post now! Lets see, we went out for Dinner that evening as a family, minus my sister, who was sick. We ate at Applebees, which we have been going to normally for a few years now, to celebrate Christmas. I ended up getting their Ribs, with Mashed Potatos, and some vegatables. Yum! Actually, it was yummy.. well, the Mashed Potatos I found yummy, cuz they had garlic in them. The ribs and vegatables were okay, though I've later learned Ribs could be bad. Bad, because the sauce they were in, could have had gluton in it. Something I've been trying to aviod, since I think I have a food allergy too. I don't know for sure, if it had gluton in it, thought all BBQ sauce didn't, but found a brand that had food starch in it. What kind of starch? Dunno. So, could be bad, may not be. But when it comes to your health.. maybe, isn't something you should bet on.
New paragraph! That one was getting too long. Anyway, talked to the waiter a bit about the no gluton thing, since bread came with what I ordered. And, if the bread touches something else, then that thing could get tainted! Yeah, yeah.. trying to aviod gluton can be obessive sounding at times. So, when it came, the bread was sitting on the Mashed Potatos!! Mentioned it to the waiter, he apologized, and brought some more potatos. Very kewl move.
So, ate out, things went well, and then we headed home, to open presents. In the past, we only opened one present on Christmas eve, when me and my brother and sister were kids, but now, since we're all "adults," we don't get up at 7:00 am anymore, wanting badly to open presents. So, we just open everything on Christmas eve, and sleep in Christmas morning. Of course, could just open stuff later Christmas morning, but.. naw.. we all get up at different times.
In a post from awhile back, I mentioned I got revenge presents for people.. and now I'll explain. For my sister, I got her a deck of player cards, with barely dressed men on them. I hadn't planned to buy this, but saw it as I was heading to the cashier, in Spencer's, a joke shop. It was revenge, cuz a few years back she got me a playboy! lol.. For my Dad, I got him some edible underwear.. ugh.. I don't want to even think about it being used. Another thing of revenge, and I was going for shock value mostly.
For my mom, I got her a pan I thought she needed. Complainned before about not having enough of them. And my brother, I got him a glass, that had drinking games on it, since he is in college now, and maybe drinks too much. Yeah, I gave him something to help him drink more!
I also got some fake lotto tickets, gave it umm.. brother and dad? I think. Oh, my mom too! Also from the joke store. They were always winner tickets, only for 10,000 dollars. So, not like really evil, in with millions. If I remember right, people were a bit annoyed, but did enjoy the joke!
Christmas the day.. was uneventful, grandma didn't come, cuz she didn't want to get us sick. Ha! Too bad I was already starting to feel sick. Did turn out my sister didn't have the flu, but whatever it was, it was still nasty, and I got it.. was a joy.
Anywho, that's it for now.

Not gonna say much, or update much.. not really feeling too good.
Though, there are two things I need to fix on this.. but worse, I tried to load this site with Mozilla.. and ofmg! It was horrid. The horizontal bars, in the left column, were super longer! The section for the journal had a tiny width.. dunno what the hell is with that? I normally use IE.. fine. I tried looking at my site with Opera too, and it was fine.. minus the fact the horizontal bars had no color.. hmm.. didn't try Netscape though.
So, looks like.. could remove horizontal bars, or just hope only people with IE come here.. or, make the bars, well.. pixels, and not care about people with Opera.. should fix the Mozilla problem.. oh well, sigh.

Hmm.. think I got everything done, for uploading this. I don't like how it took awhile for the old site to go away.. that was weird. Maybe it was just a cache? But I was reloading, and didn't do any cache clearing, before it just went poof on it's own..
Just gotta hope I got everything right so far. Will start doing some updating, maybe tomorrow or Monday.. just wanna be sure I got everything working. It's late right now though.

Well.. nice to have a working journal again! Got a lot of updating to do, but right now, working on getting the redesign of my site done first. Had been waiting on doing that, till I had all my log ins for uploading working, and journal working, since it'd gonna become the index file.
On a break right now, just did 32 pages in the last hour.. so feeling being proud of myself!
Over half way there. (=
