Welcome to my little place on the web, version 4! I'm no expert with HTML, and I'm sure an intelligent monkey could make a better site, but I don't care. I just wanted a place on the web to call my own (I also heard chicks dig guys with websites). Here I express myself, my opinions, views, and rant about whatever. If you aren't open to other people's views and are just one of those useless close minded people, please leave by clicking here. For those who didn't click, enjoy your stay. You can also send me an email (let me know if you find a typo or a dead link). Below you will find my journal.

First, wow.. thanks Mem. Did just try posting in comments, seemed to post.. but not there anymore. But, anyway.. you're the bestest web hostest, EVER! =D

Anyway.. on the my wonderful life, lol.

Today, least I think.. we had the first snowfall of the year. Least the first I know of, that was on the ground in the morning. It all melted though, and just very barely snowing a little right now.. and hmm.. yeah, I know the first snow fall of the year actually happened back on Jan. 1st.. but who keeps track of silly things like that?

Yesterday, being thristy.. and not feeling like drinking what I always do, which is crystal light, I decided to make some hot cocoa! There was really nothing else in the house anyway that I liked, and we had milk.. really wanted that, but.. me thinks I'm a bit intolerant to milk, so.. shouldn't drink it.

Anyway, been a long time since I've had hot cocoa.. but, just reminded me of all the times I had it, outside, in the cold, durring winter. Think a place I use to sled at, had hot cocoa, for the kids.. certainly has a distinct flavor, to me.. and, was nice. Oh, also reminds me of coming in from playing outside in the snow, and getting hot cocoa.. lol.. no marshmellows this time though.

Last week, we had a fun little wind storm. Wind got up to, think.. 50 miles per hour. That's not gusts, just the normal wind. Window in my room was open, and had the lava lamp on my desk blown off! Crazy. Luckily it didn't break. I did hear, up at where I went to college, the wind was clocked at 83 miles per hour, at 100 feet up. Which, sounds like it would have been fun to be on a top floor, with the window open! The college though, is a long one of the great lakes, so it normally gets really windy up there. Would have been a fun day to be on campus.

And yep! I do have a lava lamp. Think I got it for christmas a few years back. I really couldn't think of anything I wanted, and people like buying stuff on Christmas, so.. I put a lava lamp on my list. They are kinda neat.

Hmm.. guess, lastly, I've been on a gluton free diet, for about 2 weeks now I believe. Ugh, it is such a pain in the ass, because you need to be careful reading labels, and knowing what every little thing actually is. Also, ran into a bit of a snag, when it came to ordering food. Normally, on Saturdays we would have pizza and wings, and well.. pizza is out for me. Wings on the other hand, well.. we don't know what is in the sauce, and not gonna trust some teenager, to beable to fully tell us whether it's safe, so that's out. Plain wings, is possible.. but if it's cooked or fried with wings with sauce on them, then the plain wings I believe can get "tainted" with trace amounts of gluton. And.. French Fires.. can be something safe, but if cooked in the fryer thing, with other things that have gluton, like curly fries, maybe.. or onion rings, for sure.. then those aren't safe either.

But, on the good side.. there is a lot of candy that is normally gluton free! And some junk food.. kinda odd, being on a diet, but being able to eat a lot of crap.. just, seems.. weird!

Anyway, me out.

(don't mind me, this is just Memory making a test post on Humble's journal. He's hosted on my domain and my domain moved because my hosting company switched servers. It's causing some wonkiness and I wanted to be sure he was ok, and if not, if I could make it work with the new path info. blah. long story short, I want to be sure it works for him. ps: the comments will work again, I just need to figure out how to change that to reflect the new paths as well)
