Welcome to my food journal.
I'm keeping this mostly for my benefit, but felt like making it public.
Why not? For health reasons I'm sticking to a diet that is gluten
and casien free. If you came here and have the same problems, maybe
you can find some help here. Or if you see a mistake I've made, feel
free to point it out. And no, I'm not trying to advertise products,
just trying to be as detailed as I can about what I eat.

Day 66 of being GFCF.
Breakfast: Some fruit salad and a Dutch Chocolate Jennies Coconut Macaroon.
Drank 32 ounces of water.
Lunch: Rhubarb dipped in sugar! And two Nature’s Path Organic Crispy Rice Bar – Berry.
Dinner: Four houtdogs with ketchup. Glass of orange juice. Some sprees for dessert!
Snack: Nature’s Path Organic Crispy Rice Bar – Berry and a Jennies Coconut Macaroon.
Sugar: Some pixy stixs!
Think I ate too much today.
