Why not? For health reasons I'm sticking to a diet that is gluten
and casien free. If you came here and have the same problems, maybe
you can find some help here. Or if you see a mistake I've made, feel
free to point it out. And no, I'm not trying to advertise products,
just trying to be as detailed as I can about what I eat.

Breakfast: A banana and bacon!
Dinner: Salad with Annie’s Naturals Garden Style Dressing. Some hotdogs with ketshup. Orange juice. Jennies Coconut Macaroon.
Snack: Sprees and Jennies Coconut Macaroon.
Eh, might have missed something, but head hurts.

Breakfast: Barkat Organic Porridge Flakes with brown sugar.
Dinner: cauliflower. Bacon. Orange juice.
Snack: Strawberries dipped in sugar. Some sliced ham and fruit punch.
Sugar: Sprees!
Went shopping, lol.

Drank 32 ounces of water.
Lunch: Cucumber, some hotdogs with ketchup.
Dinner: Shreaded potatoes fried, with salt. Glass of orange juice.
Potatoes were yummy!!

Breakfast: Two Vans mini-waffles. Some Mi-Del Arrowroot Cookies – Fun Animal Shapes.
Drank 32 ounces of water.
Dinner: Spinach. Salad with Annie’s Naturals Garden Style Dressing. Baked chicken with it's skin, plus salt. A pepsi. A Foods by George Brownie
Snack: Two hotdogs with ketchup. A coke. Some Mi-Del Arrowroot Cookies – Fun Animal Shapes.
Gawd, it's unhealthy.. but the skin on the chicken was soooo yummy.

Breakfast: Nature’s Path Organic Crispy Rice Bar – Berry.
Dinner: Brussel Sprouts with salt. Some De boles Corn Elbow Style Pasta with olive oil and salt. Pepsi. Sliced ham.
Snack: Some Nature Path Honey Corn Flakes. Not sure what else.

Breakfast: Barkat Organic Porridge Flakes with brown sugar. A glass of orange juice.
Drank 32 ounces of water.
Lunch: Corn on the cob with salt. A Foods by George Brownie.
Dinner: Some hotdogs with ketchup! Bacon. Silk soy milk. Another Foods by George Brownie.
Soy milk wasn't half bad. Though drank a lot, checking to see if I'm intolerant to soy, ugh. =D

Breakfast: Some grapes. An apple. And a Nature’s Path Organic Crispy Rice Bar – Berry.
Dinner: Pieces of chicken coated with Enter-G Foods Bread Crumbs and fried, salted. Plus a glass of fruit punch. And some Mi-Del Ginger Snaps.
Hmm.. should eat more, maybe. But haven't been that hungry.

Day 72 of being GFCF.
Breakfast: A banana and some Mi-Del Arrowroot Cookies – Fun Animal Shapes.
Drank 32 ounces of water.
Dinner: Sliced some of the left over salt potatoes up and tried broiling them in the oven. Added salt. Meh. Three hotdogs. And a glass of orange juice.
The potatoes really didn't crisp up well. Might take some practice.

Dinner: Hamburger, cut up onions, and ketchup took up tother in a frying pan. Plus a glass of orange juice.

Breakfast: A banana.
Drank 32 ounces of water.
Dinner: Some Zucchini with salt. Some turkey breast with salt. And a glass of orange juice. Some pixy stixs for dessert.
Sugar: Jolly ranchers!
Go me! Ten whole weeks is like 70 days. =D
